Today I have visited Sri Vani Degree college as a member Pre NAAC visit team. Sri Vani Degree College is at Anantapur and this is a private degree college with wonderful campus and infrastructure. Campus is under the purview of CC cameras. College website is well maintained as per standard operating procedure with all required menus and sub menus. Ambience of the college provides a conducive environment and there are 6 e class rooms. Library has nearly 2000 titles to its credit. College has "disabled friendly environment" with ramps and wheel chair facility. Every department is fully functional. All the records are maintained according to NAAC criteria. Team spirit is prevalent among all the staff members. laboratories are spacious and the faculty members are technically skilled. College correspondent donated 2 lakh rupees to Collector Covid Fund as a gesture of corporate responsibility. Gymnasium is constructed by the funds donated by alumni. Rain water harvesting is practiced and roof water is recycled. Electronics , Computer Sciences, telugu, sanskrit and commerce departments deserve special appreciation. Lavatories are well maintained. NSS and NCC wings are active. Every grievance of the students is addressed and it is documented.  Remedial coaching for slow learners is taken up by every department. Study material is circulated in student groups. Placement cell is well organized and it has organized many courses in interview skills and body language. After visiting the college as a part of pre NAAC drill, I sincerely feel that Vani College, Anantapur deserves 

B + grade.
