All these photographs are related to Master Trainers' Training Programme that took place in Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur from 14th to 18th July 2022. We were asked to report by 6PM of 13th. Hence we got relieved on 12th AN of July 2022.
On13th Morning, I attended as resource person at Govt.College Women (A), Guntur and interacted with nearly 100 students. Later I visited the entire campus and found that the campus is filled with serenity. When I visited the college, it was slightly drizzling and it is a divine experience to roam in that college building, where faculty members and students were found rushing to their classes in an organized way. The Govt. College for women (A) was presently running its show in age old buildings constructed during British Period. That colonial legacy still reflects in the stones of that college.
By 6PM exactly, we reported at Acharya Nagarjuna University and were given shelter in sports hostel complex. University campus is really amazing and covered by lush green trees. Roads are well maintained. During my stay in the campus during the training, I also saw scorpions with their stings kept erect crossing the roads. Scorpions and reptiles are the guests in the campus and it seems they never caused any inconvenience to the students.
Every day started with Yoga session. We were all taught SUDARSHANA KRIYA. The instructors did not miss any single detail while initiating Kriya to all of us. Normally I am afraid of Yoga classes as I do not want to damage my spine at this age due to stretching. As a biologist I know pretty well that spine is should be kept erect at all times for better life. I started understanding the concept of Breathing gradually in these classes. Every emotion is connected to breath. Life sustains between first and last breaths. After this Kriya, I learnt how to inspire others before I expire. This kriya taught to us is really something more than stretching exercises. We started peeping through the other dimensions of life. We penetrated into the other layers of human existence because of this Kriya. I also realized that breathlessness is deathlessness. Sudarshana Kriya undoubtedly makes you a better teacher.
The synthetic walking track in Acharya Nagarjuna University is matchless and I along with my friends walked on that synthetic walk track for more than an hour.
